My story.

With an MFA in directing from The New School for Drama and a Communications degree from Northwestern, my early career was spent helping actors bring complex stories to life. Later, I earned my Executive Coaching certification from Columbia University to bring that same level of clarity, presence, and impact to a different kind of performance: leadership.

Today, I partner with executives and teams across industries—from early-stage startups to global financial firms—helping them communicate with purpose, presence, and authenticity. I draw on my background in coaching, directing, and producing to help leaders find the right balance between gravity and humor, authority and approachability. Whether it’s navigating a high-stakes keynote, aligning a leadership team, or building trust with clients, I help people lead through story—clearly, confidently, and with intention.
